Pluming planet is very difficult to deal with if you do not get back with them prior to 30 days. product information incomplete. does not specify on or off position. closed circuit (ON) for this product is in the up position. i purchased three switches and for my well storage tank and they were not the correct type of switch. tried to exchange them Pluming Planet would not because I waited longer than thirty days to install them. I am not wealthy and had to acquire my parts gradually. I will never buy from Pluming Planet again...
