I bought this to replace my existing (Belkin) dual-monitor KVM. At the time, the Belkin was the only dual-monitor KVM I could get. It was made from cheap plastic, was continually dragged off the desk by the weight of the cables, was fiddly to connect, and never worked properly. I ended up having to use 3 keyboards, one for each computer, and one to stop the KVM continuously beeping, to tell me that no keyboard was connected. This, on the other hand, weighs a ton, feels and looks like quality, is easy to connect, and worked correctly first time, straight out of the box. Well worth the money.
